Launch new ranges live to every stockist at their trade price

Stockists watch the launch and order at their own trade price during the session. You see which accounts watched and did not order. Starts with paid Discovery.

Live Commerce

Overview

B2B live commerce at LNOKS is a private live sell-in channel for brands that sell to the public and to trade. Stockists, salons and independent retailers join a live range launch, see their **own trade price** and **order on account** during the session, and the brand sees which accounts watched and did not order. A __replay__ **keeps taking orders** after the session ends. LNOKS shipped the streaming, __Shopify__ and B2B role layers for Miraya Live on iOS, Android and web. Deloitte rates livestream shopping a high-risk feature under the Online Safety Act, so compliance gates launch.

Industry Proof

What we have shipped , and what we have not proved yet

  • B2B, B2C and buyer roles in production

Miraya Live separates what trade buyers, consumers and brand staff can see and do. The trade layer (price books, credit-terms checkout, ERP sync) is new work for each client, and we quote it that way.

  • Measurement in every build, because Miraya has none

We never measured what Miraya Live sold. Every build now carries launch and 90-day reports that cannot be removed from scope, so the next case study has numbers in it.

  • 58% of brands below breakeven on social

NielsenIQ (2026) puts the average social commerce order at about $29 and the average return at $1.35 per dollar spent. That is why we qualify on the trade side and turn consumer-only builds away.

The Transformation

A range launch, before and after

Workflow

A new range reaches the trade

Before

For example, a hair-care brand with 400 salon accounts runs a roadshow twice a year and shows the new range to about 140 of them. The rest get a line sheet by email.

After

Every salon is invited to the same live launch and can order during it, at its own price. Salons that miss it watch the replay and can still order.

Workflow

Who looked and did not order

Before

After a launch nobody can name the accounts that looked at the range and did not order, because there was nothing for them to look at.

After

The morning after the session your sales team has the names of the accounts that watched without ordering, and knows who to call first.

Workflow

Accounts that have gone quiet

Before

Stockists who have not ordered in six months get the same email as everyone else, if they hear from you at all.

After

You invite those 60 accounts to a session of their own, and the report shows which of them came and which ordered.

Why Not

What you would use instead, and where each one stops

  • The alternative

Roadshows, trade shows and rep visits

Face to face is how the trade relationship is built, and it works. It reaches only the accounts that can travel or get a visit, and it leaves no record of who saw the range.

    With LNOKS

A live launch your reps host

Every account is invited to the same launch. Reps host and are credited for their accounts' orders, and attendance and orders are recorded by account. The roadshow carries on for the accounts that need a visit.

  • The alternative

A Zoom or Teams sell-in call

Free, familiar and already installed. It works well for one buyer at a time.

    With LNOKS

A live session with ordering inside it

Many accounts at once, each ordering at their own trade price during the session, and a record afterwards of who attended and who ordered.

  • The alternative

A live shopping SaaS tool such as Bambuser, Firework or CommentSold

Cheaper, quicker to start and more mature on streaming, and several are official Meta live-shopping partners. Built for consumers who all pay one public price.

    With LNOKS

A channel built around your trade accounts

Worth building when your buyers have account logins, their own prices and credit terms, or when several brands sell to the same accounts. For a consumer-only brand the SaaS tool is the right answer.

  • The alternative

A JOOR or NuORDER virtual showroom

Product video, 360° images, shoppable lookbooks and ordering, already used by many fashion and home wholesale brands. As of September 2026 their pages do not mention live sessions or which buyer viewed.

    With LNOKS

A live session on top of your showroom

We add the live session and a record of who attended, connected to the showroom you already run. The showroom stays as it is.

  • The alternative

    TikTok Shop live

Good at reaching shoppers who do not know your brand yet, with the audience already there. It cannot show a trade price, and it does not let brands see who bought.

    With LNOKS

A channel for accounts who already know you

Your own invite list, your prices and a recording you keep. TikTok Shop keeps running for public shoppers alongside it.

What You Get

What you get

  • Live sell-in sessions for your trade accounts

A broadcast console for your host with live chat and moderation tools. Stockists join from a gated login on the web, or on iOS and Android where your distribution justifies apps, and watch the range presented live.

  • Each account's own catalogue and trade price

Buyers log in and see their own catalogue, trade price, minimum order, case sizes and trade-only products. Who can see which price is your commercial team's decision, signed off before the build starts.

  • Ordering on account during the session

Stockists add to an order while the host presents and check out on account, with credit terms and purchase order numbers. Stock syncs with Shopify, and with your ERP where it holds stock, allocations and credit limits.

  • Attendance by account, including who did not order

During the session the host sees which accounts are in the room by name. Afterwards your sales team gets the list of accounts that watched and did not order, so they know who to call first.

  • Invitations to a named group of accounts

Invite a chosen group to a session, for example the 60 stockists who have not ordered in six months, or only the salons that carry your professional range.

  • A replay library that keeps taking orders

Every session is recorded and stays shoppable, so accounts that missed it can watch later and still order.

  • Compliance work finished before launch

Support with the Online Safety Act child-risk assessment and the DSA review, age checks where your products need them, EU duty in the cart for EU orders, and a written moderation policy. Signed off with your counsel before the first public session.

  • Reports at launch and at 90 days

A baseline taken in Discovery, then reports at launch and 90 days later: attendance by account, orders by account and reorders. This line is fixed in every build and cannot be removed to save cost.

  • Runbook, first session and handover in your name

A broadcast runbook, a full rehearsal at expected attendance, the first session run alongside your team, and handover with the Shopify, streaming, payment and ERP accounts registered to your business.

The Process

How we approach it

  1. 01 Qualifying call
  2. 02 Paid Discovery
  3. 03 Baseline
  4. 04 Decision and proposal
  1. 01

    Qualifying call

A 20-minute call built around one question: does anyone buy from you at a price the public doesn't see? If the answer is no, we name a live shopping SaaS tool that fits and stop there.

  2. 02

    Paid Discovery

Planned at 2–3 weeks. We model your customer types and price lists, map Shopify, ERP and payments, check which parts of your range suit a live session, and agree the streaming setup.

  3. 03

    Baseline

We record today's numbers: how many accounts the last launch reached, orders per launch and the current reorder rate. The build is judged against these, and the comparison method is agreed in writing.

  4. 04

    Decision and proposal

A fixed-price proposal with the tier chosen: live inside your Shopify store, a full platform, or a trade and multi-brand platform. Discovery can also conclude that you should not build.

Is This For You

Who this is for

Brands with a consumer side and a trade side: stockists, salons, clinics or independent retailers who buy at a price the public never sees. Usually about 150 or more active trade accounts, reached today through trade shows, roadshows or field reps.

The person who owns the trade number and the trade show budget. They know what a roadshow costs and roughly how many accounts it reaches, which is the comparison this channel has to win.

Salon and clinic brands already run education days for their accounts, so presenting live to the trade is familiar. Fashion brands selling a season to boutiques have the same reach problem; where JOOR or NuORDER is in place, the live session sits on top.

If you sell only to the public, have one price list, or have fewer than about 50 trade accounts, a live shopping SaaS tool or TikTok Shop costs less and starts faster. We will tell you that on the first call.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions

B2B live commerce is selling to trade accounts through a live video session. A host presents a range, and stockists or salons watch from a gated login, see their own trade price and order on account during the session. The brand gets attendance and orders by account afterwards. It is built for brands that already sell to the trade, not for finding new consumers.

Usually not. Social commerce orders average about $29 (NielsenIQ, 2026), so a consumer-only live channel rarely earns back a custom build. TikTok Shop or a SaaS tool is cheaper and live in days. A build pays back on the trade side: trade orders, or a roadshow or rep cost it takes over.

No. Zoom is free and works for one buyer at a time. A live sell-in session lets many accounts order inside the session at their own trade price, and gives you a record of which accounts attended, which ordered and which watched without ordering. If you need neither, Zoom is enough.

A virtual showroom shows the range with video, 360° images and lookbooks, and takes orders. As of September 2026 neither JOOR's nor NuORDER's pages mention live sessions or which buyer viewed. We add the live session and attendance by account. Your showroom stays as it is.

Discovery is planned at 2–3 weeks. Live selling inside an existing Shopify store is planned at 6–10 weeks, a full platform on web, iOS and Android at 4–6 months, and a trade and multi-brand platform at 5–8 months. Compliance work runs in parallel for 3–4 weeks and has to finish before launch.

Yes. Shopify B2B already holds trade price lists, quantity rules and payment terms on every plan, so on Shopify the build is a live layer on top and stays smaller. Where an ERP such as Sage, Dynamics 365 or NetSuite holds stock and credit limits, we sync with it. Only the systems named in Discovery are in scope.

Your team runs the sessions and the moderation; we build the tools and write the policy with you. Deloitte classifies livestream shopping as a high-risk feature under the UK Online Safety Act and the EU Digital Services Act, so a child-risk assessment and DSA review are updated before launch. We work through it with your counsel, and launch waits for the sign-off.

We measure attendance by account, orders by account and reorders at 90 days, against a baseline taken in Discovery. We cannot see who bought on TikTok Shop or other marketplaces, because those platforms do not release buyer-level data. Measurement is fixed in every build.

No. Reps host the sessions for their own accounts and are credited for the orders those accounts place. The aim is to reach the accounts the roadshow does not get to, so each rep covers more accounts. Accounts that need a visit still get one.

You do. The Shopify, streaming, payment and ERP accounts are registered to your business at proposal stage. Streaming is billed per minute by the provider, so it runs on your own account and grows with attendance. After launch, an optional managed operations retainer covers streaming uptime, stock sync monitoring, platform changes and a regulatory re-check, with a named contact.
