System integration and automation
System integration and workflow automation for growing companies. Shopify, your CRM, ERP, lead platforms and payments share each record, and failed transfers are flagged.
Warehousing & distribution
Warehouse teams sit between the people who sell and the customers who wait for orders. We work on shared stock visibility, order status, warehouse tasks and the handoffs between sales and fulfilment.
LNOKS builds warehouse and inventory systems for distributors and multi-location businesses that track stock in spreadsheets and point-of-sale exports. For Vernox we built a warehouse management system across several locations, with QR scanning, live inventory and order management in place of spreadsheets. For a retail group in Germany we built one shared record of stock and orders for its shops and warehouses, with low-stock alerts and every movement logged against a user and a time. We connect the warehouse to the systems the sales team already uses, starting with the workflow that costs the most time today.
Recognise these?
Stock in the system does not match what is on the shelves.
Locations cannot see each other’s stock, so transfers are arranged by phone.
Sales cannot tell a customer where an order is without asking the warehouse.
Receiving and dispatch are recorded by hand, after the fact.
Workflows
Stock per warehouse that rolls up into one view for the whole business.
Orders moving through pick, pack and dispatch with a status both sales and warehouse can see.
Receiving, dispatch and inventory tasks recorded by scanning on the floor.
Transfers and replenishment between selling locations and the warehouse, based on live stock.

Hire us when a core process runs on spreadsheets, paper or workarounds because no available tool fits it.
Before you enquire
Yes. Each warehouse can have its own layout, picking rules, and operational procedures while feeding into a single unified inventory view. Your HQ sees everything in real time without forcing every location to work identically.
Off-the-shelf systems force you to adapt your operations to their workflows. A custom system is built around how your specific warehouses operate: your dock layout, your picking process, your receiving procedures. Adoption is higher because the tool fits the work, not the other way around.
It depends on how many warehouses, workflows and integrations the first release covers. We typically pilot in your busiest warehouse first, then roll out to additional locations in phased deployments.
Tell us about the workflow. The first conversation clarifies the problem, your existing systems and an appropriate next step.
